First round interview with the head of a new business unit to establish background and suitability for the role and sector (specifically referencing marketplace dynamics and mobility sector knowledge). Interview also touched on some specific queries regarding dealing with supply-side liquidity, automation, and line management of a distributed team.

How do you think the supply-demand dynamics in the mobility sector are the same or different to those in your previous marketplace experience?
Le process est légèrement long (5 entretiens) mais selon l'interlocuteur une grande variété de sujets peuvent être traités ce qui donne un bon aperçu des responsabilités à venir. L'entretien avec le GM est très inspirant.

Interview
4 rounds of interviews and a home task (took 1 month total). Was rejected before the last step (5th interview) and given a rather vague reasoning. Asked for more in-depth feedback on what went wrong, since I really felt like I've handled interview questions pretty well. No response.
