There wasn’t really an interview. Was offered the position. Told that employees were desperately needed because employees couldn’t stay out of jail. Was offered a fast track position to management

Was called on the phone by and individual to set up an appointment to interview. Arrived on-time and waited 15 minutes and was interviewed by a different individual. Interview was typical in form and asked about things that could be read of the resume plus background questions and goals.
