Interview process for the Oakdale location was very disorganized. Was told to be there at 9 am for interview and did not get interviewed until 11:30 am. I am a certified forklift operator with experience in lumber mill work. There was roughly 10 people that came in for interviews the same time. After my interview I was advised we would get an answer within 48 hours. Less than 2 hours after my interview I received an email saying I did not get the job but they did a in depth look into each candidate. I was the only there with any experience at all. They hired people with zero experience right out of high school. All in all a horrible interview process.
