Recruiter called me first, ask some basic questions to confirm your name, background and if you are still interested in this position. Then after couple weeks, they sent an email to let you choose an interview date and specific time. It was online interview, there were 2 managers take turns to ask question. 5 or 6 questions total.
There was 3 behaviour question to be answered in star format and 1 SQL question. The interview was 1 hour long and they provided one technical question to prepare in advance . There were 5 people who took interviews
Phone screening followed by Panel Interview / technical Qs. Good process, straight forward Qs on department knowledge. Technical Qs were based on excel knowledge and could be helpful having knowledge of company background.
Spoke to a recruiter over the phone for a contract position. I got sent a coding assessment that asked multiple questions and had a coding portion as well. Asked about time complexity.
