I submitted my application for this position online and subsequently participated in two phone interviews. The first was with a representative from Human Resources, and the second was with the hiring manager directly.

Interviewed during the Grace Hopper Celebration and took about 1 hour. Met with 2 employees and was asked behavioral questions but lots of questions digging into my experiences. They wanted to know the thought process behind each of my decisions.
