It's a virtual interview where you stare at yourself talking because the interviewers don't have a camera on. They ask 3-5 behavioral questions that you answer in STAR format. After you finish responding you sit there in silence for 30 seconds while they finish taking notes. One interviewer asks you all the questions while the other says they have nothing else to add every time. They don't really seem to care if your skill set or experience are a good match for the position. The 3-5 behavioral questions determine if you are qualified. There is only one interview for these positions. I experienced this process with two separate boeing locations.
Pretty chill:
Why boeing?
Describe a time you succeeded
Describe a time there was a problem and what you did to succeed.
Always answer in STAR format because thats what they like

Interview
Currently a senior in college. My resume was pulled after I scanned a QR code for a campus event and got an email for a 15 minute screening. Was very casual and the only question asked was "Why Boeing?" Currently waiting to hear back from them.
The interview process consisted of a phone call with two interviewers. I was asked to tell them about myself and answer a few questions. This was the first [phase of the interview process.
