During a round of speed hiring, Boeing recruiters/employees came to my university. I happened to see a table in the lobby of a school building and applied at the table. That night I heard that they wanted to interview me. I scheduled an interview for the next day. The interview was typically 30min but mine ended up being an hour. They asked 3 questions - this was an entirely behavioral interview which is unusual for a software engineering role.
