The interview process was very structured and round robin style and was based on relevant work experience, values, and core competencies. A representative from HR was in the interview. Allowed to take notes but must hand them in after the interview.

The interview itself was the standard STAR questions based on the requirements in the job posting and there were some diversity questions in there as well. If you read the job requirements and prepare examples that show how you meet the requirements from prior experience you are good.

STAR proess. Basically you need to have experiences you can draw upone where you can describe your situation, the task you need to perform, the actions you took, and the results that happened. Be able to have 5-7 different examples predetermined that you can apply to broad questions.
