Interview
There was an initial online interview that consisted of 5 questions, which we had to record ourselves and send to them. This online portion of the interview also included mutliple games as well. The next interview required us to create a report and present it to a group.

Describe a time in which you lead a group of people who were in disagreement.
Few technical questions and few bechavioral questions, realy nice atmosphere, nice and qualified people. Questions were everything that you would expect it to be. They love STAR method. If you don't understand or don't know something you can ask for clarification

What was the situation when your work was cricitized
It was an overall good experience. There was clear communication and informative process. There was one technical round and behavioral questions about my experience. Multiple team members on the call.
The first interview is a screening call to check my student status, Visa and so on. I was asked if I'm looking for an internship or thesis, Administrative things were asked, no behavioral, no technical questions.
