I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boeing (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Six STAR questions asked in a panel interview. The people asking the questions were very friendly and asked follow up questions to clarify when needed. Be prepared with several situations that show you are not only interested in the company, but a good fit for the role as described in the job posting. Based on the questions, they are looking for you to show certain competencies, which are usually found at the bottom of the job description. Just be HONEST - the background check is thorough so you don't want to worry about what they will find.

Question 1
Describe your training, education, and work experience that makes you qualified for this role. Please also describe what you do in your current role
How do you build a collaborative relationship with customers or work partners
Give an example of a time that you made a decision that impacted an entire group of people. Include what it was, how you handled it, and how it worked out
Make sure you double, even TRIPLE check your form for the background screening. They will absolutely not accept human error. They will rescind your offer even if you have a logical resolution.
Made a small oversight when reporting my self-employment regarding the dates I operated under a legal entity and dates I operated as a Sole Proprietor. Even though I offered a resolution with documentation and the rest of my report was clean, they treated me as if I were some kind of criminal and rescinded the offer in a very rude manner. Would not even let me speak to anyone on the phone and I am blacklisted until 2019.
I turned down other excellent opportunities to take this offer. I am very disappointed at the manner in which they handled everything. Your candidates are human!!!!
