There was a single interview followed by a call back a few months later. A pre-employment drug test and background check ensued followed by a call to orientation the week before work started.

Interview
It was thorough and in depth, with follow-up questions from the panel after I was done answering a question. The panel consisted of about four people. They made mostly behavioral questions and few technical questions relating to the position I was applying.
