Interview
Standard behavioral interview, though I’ve heard some positions (mostly software) may add technical questions soon. The interview lasted around 45 minutes to an hour and was a panel of engineers and managers.

Describe a time you had to deal with a challenging team member.
Behavioral based questions, usually five. One is always a "tell me about yourself" question. The panel is busy writing notes and there isn't much eye contact. Nothing off script either.

This was for an Entry-Level role. STAR format, 5 questions. Was asked about experience and difficult / pressure situations. Besides 5 STAR q's, a couple of yes/no questions e.g. "have you ever used tool X?"

Tell us about a time when you solved a technical issue
A 5 questions virtual interview and then 3 psychometric games with Hire-Vue. The questions were quite difficult but there was about 1 minute to plan out your answer and practice. The games were pattern recognition and emotionally based. They outlined how to play each game before hand.
