I applied on line, after i created an account on line. 3 weeks to get an email from hr to set up a phone interview.
Very limited amount of information shared during the contact, all by mails. After the interview it took 4 weeks to get a feedback

Question 1
Task Action Result Type, 6 questions: your background, safety, deal with different culture, managing team, specific for the job, how you manage change of schedule. They offered to ask a few questions at the end of the interview.
Overall interview impression is good, the interviewers are very professional and they did respect interviewers. The questions raised during interviews were professional as well. Overall good experience. I would like to give good ratings for the professionalism.
Interview was swift and recruiter got back to me super fast, glad that big corporations are getting back to people so quickly! Although I did not take the job, it's nice to see a big business like boeing really putting people first.

Interview is done in Hirevue format with a computer. You have beginner questions that are designed to help you prepare for the interview. The questions are behavioral questions set where they ask you how you would respond in a certain situation. Also have 3 assessments.
