Applied online. Was contacted by a recruiter about 15 days later to set up a phone interview. Had a phone interview with two managers. Fairly simple interview. Answers were to be given in the PAR format. My best advice would be just to remain calm and share your real world experience that’s applicable to the questions.

General Education and Work Experience questions in an informal environment. In depth questions about experience in Procurement and Buying. Interview was about 1 hour with a senior management member. Didn't receive an offer or an followup.

It is one interview and they use the standard STAR method. Three people will interview you and then give you scores 1-5 for each question and answer. After the interview, you are contacted if you receive an offer.
