Interview
I initially applied online, and was contacted via email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 1 hour and there was a panel of Boeing employees: HR manager, hiring manager, and past intern. The interview consisted of four behavioral questions. The three interviewers were very nice and tried to make conversation based on my answers to the questions.

Describe a situation in which you had to work in a team of unmotivated members, and explain how you handled it.
Hirevue process, questions on collaboration and cooperation and why you applied for the finance role and then why you applied to Boeing. Other questions may be on a way you worked through a problem and what you learned from that experience. Quite standard interview questions.

Talk about a time in which you collaborated with a partner/group in order to finish a difficult task
Panel with up to four people ( mine was 2 ) and asking you four questions within 45 minutes. Left room to ask more questions and learn more about the position. Dress buisness casual and will ask about relevant experincve and from what I have heard will ask you to preform skills you can do. Such as coding.

Not bad at all. Only one round interview, application sent out months before then interview then offer within 2 week process. Only a few days given to provide response for offer acceptance.
