I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boehringer Ingelheim in Feb 2022
Interview
Three stage process: Recruiter call, Call with Hiring Manger (1 Hr), and 1 Hr 30 minute interview.
First 2 were very relaxed to establish your understanding of the role, your experience and suitability for the role/team.
Last interview involved a 20 minute powerpoint presentation answering 4 key questions: 1) How will you develop your scientific knowledge in the first few weeks of your interview? 2) Five Key MSLs you would target and why? 3) Scientific Engagement plans for 3 of them 4) How would you evaluate your initial medical exchanges to know if they have been beneficial to YEs, BI and patients

I interviewed at Boehringer Ingelheim (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Went through final round with presentation, asked me to present on a specific paper that they chose. It was all done virtually. Had 3 rounds of interview, including with HR. Sounded like good benefits with pension option.
I interviewed at Boehringer Ingelheim (Belgium, NY)
Interview
Polite and professional approach, there was not unnecessary detail, it was focused on my resume, i passed 5 level interview process, but in the final stage i was not selected, there was only one other candidate who reached to the latest stage like me, and she was selected and No explanation was provided to me why i was not selected. I was expecting a reason as poliste as their interviews considering i wasted too much time on those interviews....
