Submit an application to www.boehringer-ingelheim.com. They have a very in-depth interview process. It is easier to get in if you know someone within the company as they pay referral fees for sales reps when they recommend you.

Make sure you have a lot of examples to refer to. They also like to see proof of your work so creating an interview notebook to leave behind is a great idea.
