I filled out paperwork, emailed a time to set up an interview, was asked questions about my skill level and availability. I also had to get my clearances and my fingerprints done because I was going to be teaching children how to swim.

Easy going, informative interview. The interview was perfect for a recent college graduate. Very simple and straight forward. Interviewer was fast responding and up front. Asked normal customer service questions.
