Met with a recruiter discussed previous employment and relevant experience. Recruiter was I'm prepared for my questions I had questions that were regarding the pay plan the benefits traffic flow of customers Leeds from internet and how they are dispersed. I had questions about scheduling. They were willing to disclose that they pay 25% on all girls deals that's only on the front end. So you make no money off of the back in. They were unwilling to disclose as to whether you would be in new car sales or pre-owned car sales. I was told I would meet with a manager after finishing the recruiters training and then I would be placed in a department. So I informed the recruiter that based off this lack of information I was unwilling to commit to the position.
