I sat down with a manager, and we had an informal interview where we discussed my past work and current availability. Since hosting is a pretty low-skill job, it was more important to be polite, friendly, and willing to work than have a bunch of experience.

Was quick and easy. They asked me a few questions and another assistant manager came put to talk to me and then left and the as manager that interviewed me hired me
They were very friendly! Was a very easy going interview. They got me a drink and made me feel comfortable . It was a 2 part interview for me but it was very easy and it became my favorite job I ever had.
