Bluespire interview questions

Went through three interviews with various stakeholders at all levels (on three different days). Thought they went well, but I didn't get the job, but I had to figure that out on my own, because they never called to tell me or send me an email, even after following-up. Very unprofessional.

Unprofessional is a good way to describe it. They dont ask you questions really, they just want to see that you have semi-decent experience. I wouldnt even recommend interviewing really. Even when they were expanding the team, seeing the process internally was an absolute mess.
