Cameron was friendly and promoted a relaxing interview environment. He gave me several minutes to discuss my resume and to talk a bit about my experiences. I was pretty thorough, so he only had one or two questions for me specific to my resume. He then gave me time to ask any questions I had about Blueprint Robotics.
I am writing this review because I almost cancelled my interview with Blueprint after reading the employee reviews on Glassdoor. Within minutes of walking into the headquarters, it was apparent the the negative reviews misrepresented the company. The employees were happy and engaged and the atmosphere was very positive. I cannot speak to the quality of their product (how could I?) but this seems like a positive, fair place to work. Employee turnover over the last year is down to 10% (below the industry average) and the company is hiring because of the growth in their business. The form required me to say whether or not I received an offer. Since the interview took place this morning, I have not yet received an offer, but this is a company that I would want to work for/with based on my interview experience.
