The first phone call took about 30 minutes, was pretty basic just asking about background and experience. But then they asked me to translate a full page of gaming related context and send it back when done. Once I did, they never replied me which is not only rude but also wasted my time and energy.
Standard, expect technical questions. talk to people, then more people. then interview. everyone is nice and its pretty standard stuff. just talk and go through the process and be yourself. it's all good.

Question 1
nothing out of the ordinary standard questions based on technology. whatever you're interviewing for know the content. no questions about where you want to be in 5 years. other standard stuff. nothing new you have not seen before
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Blueprint (London, England) in Nov 2018
Interview
Online application with CV and cover letter, followed by a few general questions. 2 weeks later there was a phone interview which was mostly focused on questions relating to my CV with some of the more general "name a time when.." questions, followed by two technical questions relating to the job itself. The face-to-face interview consisted of 4 tasks relating to the job and talking through different aspects of case solving. It all felt very friendly and a relaxed environment.
