I applied through a employment service my university offered and was contacted a few days later to schedule a phone interview. I spoke with two recruiters. They asked about my background, knowledge I had regarding the position and had me do a few analytical math questions.

I applied online by submitting my resume to their website. I then had an hour-long phone interview with an HR rep who went over a few technical questions and my background as a student. Have yet to hear back from them.
