Initial screening call with talent. Secondary video call with hiring manager. Followed by meeting with video call with team members. Discussed scientific backgrounds and personalities as it would lend to team project environment.

Why are you interested in BlueRock? Do you prefer to work in a team or individually?
Met with a lot of people over a short period that had some repeating questions. It was good to meet multiple people but would prefer a panel interview for efficiency.

First interview was a phone screening with HR. Interviewer sounded very impatient, cold, and uninterested. Overall negative experience. Was told that the next step would be interview with the hiring manager.
