BlueForce interview questions

I interviewed with BlueForce for an opportunity they were pursuing with INL. I liked that their job description said right away that position was subject to contract award. I knew right away that this was not an immediate hire but a potential opportunity in the future. During the interview they were fully transparent. The recruiter was clear and managed my expectations.

When I got hired, there was barely an interview process. They were in dire need so if you had the qualifications needed, you got in. The manager basically told you about the program and if you liked what you heard you would be in.
