The Hiring Process was a month-long-- it was clear they were looking for a good fit for a new sales team. Spoke to someone in HR who passed my resume on to the Hiring Manager. I then went on to have several good conversations with members of upper-management on BlueCat's culture, and on what was expected of me in the role. My takeaway was that they look for people who will fit into the culture yet bring something innovative to the table. I chose BlueCat out of three total offers because of the professionalism and core values displayed throughout the interview process!

I was contacted about two months after applying for the position. The first step was an over the phone 10 minute screen and then an in-person interview followed by several phone interviews with different department heads.
