First round was a phone call with the Recruiting Manager. Second round was a panel with three TA individuals. Most of the Interviewers were pleasant, but one of the Interviewers came off very condescending and it felt like an interrogation. They mentioned something about having to work on 50 plus requisitions at a time (which if all of those roles were urgent and needed people right away, you would get nowhere fast) and how they needed someone who could keep up that pace. It sounds like they are overworking their team and not staffing accordingly. I was super excited about the company at first, but felt deflated after talking to the TA team. The vibe/energy just felt off. My concerns were founded when I never received a follow up email/call about the interview. As an individual who works in TA currently, this is unacceptable. You need to learn to relay news to candidates, good or bad.
