I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Blue Yonder (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2026
Interview
The process was straightforward. It started with an HR/Recruiter, then moved on to the hiring manager. The manager was pleasant and professional. Asked about my experience. Kind of textbook interview without any surprises.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Yonder (Dallas, TX) in Dec 2021
Interview
Well planned and give you plenty of time to prepare. Had three different interviews with the team I would be working with. The nice thing was it was very quick. So if they thought you were a good fit, you almost get the next interview as soon as you are available.

Was called by the HR for an interview in Bangalore. I was told my profile is the perfect fit but i have to pay to travel to their office. When i requested to check if you there is an option for online interview, was informed that the HR will check and get back. No word till 10 days. When i do a follow up, was told that am not fine to travel! When did I ever say I wasn't fine, I dont know but when i pointed it out, suddenly the position went on hold.
