Added job title as "Software Engineer" because glassdoor is not accepting if we dont know the Job Title. JDA is not mentioned in call letter. I went to JDA two times and interview is scheduled at 10. AM morning. Both times interviewer came late ( 11AM Around). For the first time, I qualified L1, L2, L3 Rounds. They kept me hold for two weeks, after that put me in another round. That guy asked me completely about Scrum master related interview questions even though i am full-stack developer. Finally they makes me fail. (They thought full-stack includes scrum master`s job roles as well ) Unfortunately, again second time i went to JDA. As usually HR is late to office. I started from my home at 9.00 AM sharp both the times, because interview is at 10A.M. I was waited till 11A.M, still i didnt get any call from HR. so i decided to go my office. I started to my office and then HR called me to come back. She told me panel is ready so you can give interview. I went back again. Interviewer asks me about my projects and blabala.... . I felt like he is not even a tech guy. After interview HR came back and said My skills are not met their requirements. ( Happy thing is another guy is came at JDA office 9.30AM waited till 11 ).
