      AI Engineer Interview

      1 Jun 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Paris
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Blue Yonder (Paris)

      Interview

The hiring process lasted more than three months and involved multiple rounds of internal discussions and changing requirements. During the interview, much of the conversation focused on a relatively narrow set of topics rather than the broader scope of the role. When I asked what specific profile they were looking for, I received a vague answer that suggested the position was being driven more by current market trends than by clearly defined business needs. It was also communicated that the project's scope was evolving internally, which may explain some of the uncertainty throughout the process.
