One phone interview with the CEO. One in-person interview with the CEO and an operations staff member. Then another in-person interview with the Sales VP and President. Then a lunch with two of their staff members. The interview process was extensive and time consuming.
These 4 interviews were spread out over the course of 3 weeks. It took them 2 weeks to give me an offer letter. Despite my extensive background in marketing (the President even said I may be over qualified), they offered me a low salary. In addition, the benefits packages they offered were too costly. For these reasons, I didn't see this position as the right move for me and I declined their offer.
