Team building and leadership capabilities are essential to all of our positions, so we ask about those things to ensure we hire the right people for the job. We promote based on merit only regardless of how long someone has been with our company, and we provide full training for all roles. We let our applicants know the average amount of time it can take for them to rise up, but that is never a guaranteed promotion without performance goals being met. The website does not have any information on whether we are a door to door company or not, so we aren't sure if you may have confused us with another company? We apologize that you couldn't find job information on our site, we currently only post our job advertisements separately on other job search sites as our hiring needs change regularly. You are correct, we do work on in-store promotional campaigns for most of our clients which we state in most of our ads and on our website. The salary range is also listed on our job advertisements as well, and we apologize that you feel it is not sufficient. Our employees are all told they are allowed to claim mileage which is why we do not compensate them directly. They also have resources in the office to explain how exactly to claim mileage properly with the IRS, so we apologize for a former employee misleading you to believe we tell them there is no way to be reimbursed. We are also in the office almost every morning during the week depending on the campaign someone is working on. We have one on one meetings, product knowledge training, and other various meetings in the office as well. Again, we apologize for any misleading statements or us not being transparent enough about our positions offered.
