Initial phone screening with a recruiter. She indicated after that she really liked my experience, wanted to submit me for 3 additional roles and would talk to the hiring managers by the end of the week. However, her communication in the 2 months after our call was non-existent; I emailed a few times looking to follow up but she never replied even though she was actively posting on LinkedIn (my applications remained “under consideration”). Imagine potentially being a good fit for a role but you can’t even get your resume in front of the hiring manager because the recruiter is not doing their job. Ghosting is disrespectful to candidates and completely unprofessional.

You first get screened by HR then you talk to the hiring manager. Panel interview was set up 2 weeks later. After the panel interview you were notified if you got the job
