Asked basic questions, very friendly. Have multiple concrete examples ready. They seemed committed to making the application and interview experience as pleasant as possible. The peer panel didn't seem very excited about their jobs.

the interview strategy is a bit different. They ask you too many 'WH' questions prepared prior to interview, without match follow up questions. Especially for senior roles, where it's much of about sharing your experience and skills, it becomes like more of theory instead of sharing your practical experience.
