I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Blue Rill Day Camp in Mar 2019
Interview
One easy interview one on one. Basically just common interview questions and talking a lot about your self and prior experiences. This place had a great culture and very young staff.
Took one day, went in and was interviewed and hired. Very friendly staff. Asked a few questions and explained what I wanted to do in the future with working with kids. Fairly simple process.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Blue Rill Day Camp (New York, NY) in Feb 2011
Interview
I emailed my resume to the camp's website as well as displaying my interest to work there. A week later I received and email inquiring about dates I could possibly come in for an interview. When I went to the interview, the interviewer was dressed fairly casually in cargo shorts as well as a polo and sneakers. The questions were basically to inquire about how well you work with kids and what could you contribute to the camp if hired. My best advice is to present yourself as a proper role model for kids.
