lots of baseball jokes and bragging about new jersey, basically they take anyone with a pulse. Most of the questions i asked were ignored or avoided. "you can build your own pay check!" was repeated as though it was a campaign slogan. lots of focus on the "earnings potential", not so much on what was the actual responsiblities and roles of the solar setter.
