Three Part Interview Process:
- Phone Screen with a staff member to learn a little about myself and my skills
- In Person Cultural Fit with 4 staff members (2 devs, a PM, and an Architect) to learn more about myself, what I had been doing prior, what projects I had been working on
- In Person Technical Interview with 3 staff members (2 devs and an architect) where I showed off the technical assignment they asked me to complete. We pair programmed a new feature to simulate how working with me (and me working with them) would feel like
