Easy and they were very nice. I would recommend anyone work there when they are going to college in Chicago. They offered me a job within the week and had me working quickly. You get to pick your own schedule which is really nice and the pay is good.

The formal introduction was through a job fair and then there was a 20 - 30 minute in-person interview. It was an easy interview process. About 5 - 7 days after the interview, there was an in-person orientation.
