I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Blue Origin (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2016
Interview
I had a phone interview with Blue Origin Human Resources personnel. Then, I was forwarded to a line manager for another phone interview. Human Resources responded quickly that I would not fit for this job, but I might be a fit for another area. Several days later, I was scheduled for another phone interview with two managers. However, this was cancelled because after the managers reviewed my resume. They decided they were looking for someone with more experience than I had. I noticed the job description was later changed to 5 years of experience rather than 2. Disappointed. But, I will keep applying to more openings.
