I had an initial phone screening to review my qualifications and technical skills, followed by a 45-minute video call focused on a technical assessment. They contacted me every two weeks during the process. Then, they scheduled a panel interview where I presented my accomplishments through three finance-focused case studies, covering forecasting and variance analysis. The interview began at 11 a.m. and went nearly until 4 p.m. It has now been three weeks without any feedback, despite two follow-up attempts with the recruiter. Given the extensive time and effort invested in their required project, I would have expected at least some communication. This lack of response feels unprofessional.
