Interview
Phone interview only. Did not have relevant experience related to aerospace according to manager. Even though resume was thorough, had experience in related field. Other than that, manager and recruiter was friendly.

Aerospace Experience? Cryogenic Experience? Experience with environmental testing?
They want you to do a million interviews for no reason. While other companies like Boeing make you only do one. They have a HR call, then a 1 hour zoom call, then another 1 hour zoom call, and then a panel interview.
Standard industry interview process. 30 min with a recruiter, 30 min with manager, and 1 hr with a panel. The process from the first interview to an offer was quick.

1 panel interview (1 hour prepared presentation, with five 30 minute chats with each panel member)
Recieved a phone call a couple days later saying it’d take two weeks.
Two weeks came by and said it’d be another week.
About that time next week I received an email from the recruiter notifying me that I was selected.
