I was contacted via phone by a recruiter and they discussed briefly about the company. I talked about my experience and answered some basic interview questions. This interview took about 30 minutes. Directly afterward they set up a technical phone screening.
This interview started off with technical questions about my background and some other technical questions. It then went into an online whiteboard coding interview with me solving a couple of problems live. At the end I was able to ask some specific technical questions about the position.
This interview was difficult for me because I had never done a real time code interview before (I froze up a little but did end up solving everything), but if you have had this experience it was probably average.
Negative experience because I had to reach out by phone to find out they had moved on. Reason was the interview "wasn't a home run" and that was all I was told. I have no idea how many other interviewees there were or if the position is still being filled. I do assume so.
