They're quick to email applicants a list of prompts to answer. From there, it appears that they have AI review and respond. Overall, quite frustrating for applicants who take the time to write all of their application materials themselves.

Interview process was simple. Interviewed with the President. The interview was informal and lasted about 40 min. The second interview was about 15 minutes and then I was offered the position.
