The interview process was straightforward. Very respectful along the way, good communication. Until the job offer came through. They want you to sign essentially a 6 month contract based on hours of dual given. If you don’t stay the full 6 months you owe them anywhere from $1500-$7000 for “training expenses” - I don’t see how training expenses or standardization training could possibly cost $7,000. Don’t come work here as a CFI.
