Both conversations were standard and straightforward, and the hiring manager was transparent about the role being new and the team still being built. Although I didn’t move forward after the second round, what disappointed me was the communication afterward. In the rejection email, they offered to provide feedback on my interview. I replied within 15 minutes requesting it, but six days later, I still haven’t received any response. I would have appreciated closure, especially since the offer to provide feedback came from them. Overall, the interviews themselves were positive, but the follow‑through on feedback could be improved.
