This is a pyramid scheme, not marketing, not sales, nor anything else they told you in interview or on a job description. It is a deceptive, lazy, predatory pyramid. I cannot emphasise enough how much of a pyramid scheme this is. You will be offered a job no matter how you perform in interview, where you will be selling awful product to people you approach in the street, on minimal commission, and you will be given people ‘under’ you, and you will receive part of their commission- because it is a pyramid scheme.
