Brief interview with the Facility Director and Patient Service Coordinator manager in which they reviewed my resume and stated they liked the fact that I had experience in dealing with difficult passengers as the PSC job would require me to deal with similar situations with future patients. After the short interview, I was given a brief tour of the facility.
