Detailed overview of tenure and key responsibilities in the former organization
Call on zoom with recruiter. After the zoom call, the recruiter assured me they would keep in touch. Recruiter unresponsive to texts or emails will only answer phone calls when the recruiter calls. Impossible to get ahold of.

Interview
First a phone screen with their internal recruiter, then an onsite where you're able to meet leaders from a few different divisions. It's great because you can see the whole company and make sure that it's a great fit for you. There may be a third step, to job shadow.
