First I was asked to take two unusual tests online, called the Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment. The first was a sort of IQ test in which I had to answer up to 50 logic and math problems as accurately and quickly as I could within 12 minutes (this was impossible, and I don't think they really expect anyone to answer all 50). The second test had only two questions. The first was "Check the boxes next to the words that describe how other people see you," with a large number of words such as reliable, easygoing, brave, etc. The second question was "Check the boxes next to the words that you would use to describe yourself," with all of the same word choices. After dealing with all of this, I did not make it to the interview stage.
